In many major markets with high-dollar properties, it is found realtors accentuate the specific demo using independent sites, dedicated to the property. As with this property on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, due to its price and massive holding, it seemed to be a good pick for such an independent marketing site.
UX involved was researching other like-properties in major markets to ascertain what buyers in this price point look forward. What specific marketing tools are used to garner a quality digital marketing piece — to inspire calls.
Quality photography is one of the best tools for this type of marketing incentive. While we didn’t get to do pictures of this estate, we gathered existing photography pieces from the realtor’s website in order to create this pitch mock-up of what this type of advertising would offer her.
