Conrad von Kollmar is a realtor in Salisbury, Maryland. While his broker had a national website, we decided he wanted to add a personal touch to his relationships with clients. Seeing that many large city realtors use sites for their properties, we decided to give him a high-end feel for his various properties; hence, enhancing his presence in the market. Using videos, interactive maps, original photography and listing information, the property pages were given a responsive yet animated feel to them, in order to produce a more fluidity in the user's overall website experience. UX was incorporated in this project due to the heavy interfacing with the public.
